Rockstar Games is expanding access to two of its most popular titles – Red Dead Redemption and its companion expansion Undead Nightmare. The games will be available on more platforms starting December 2, including modern smartphones, Netflix’s gaming service, and the latest generation of consoles. The update arrives shortly after Rockstar delayed the much-awaited Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA 6), and follows a series of recent moves aimed at engaging fans, including making GTA Online free for Xbox and PS5 users for a limited time and bringing GTA V back to the PS Plus Game Catalog. news Also Read: PlayStation Plus November Lineup Brings GTA V Back, Alongside Pacific Drive And More: Check Full List Here

The games are also getting improvements for newer consoles. On PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, players can expect smoother 60fps gameplay, improved image quality, HDR support, and resolutions up to 4K.

Players who already own the PS4, Nintendo Switch, or Xbox digital backward-compatible versions will be able to upgrade to the enhanced editions for free. The upgraded versions of Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare will also join the GTA+ Games Library and the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog on December 2. The updated releases have been developed in collaboration with Double Eleven and Cast Iron Games.

More players across different platforms will now be able to revisit John Marston’s story and the standalone zombie expansion as the titles roll out widely next month.
