A report surfaced online in April that Microsoft is testing its new AI-powered Xbox Chatbot and will soon release it. It seems the company has now unveiled the latest addition for US-based Xbox Insiders. As per leaks from a senior product manager lead in Microsoft Gaming, the company has made available their AI-powered Xbox Chatbot to some players in US. What is New AI-Powered Xbox Chatbot?

The new Xbox Chatbot will work as an AI support, mainly appearing as an AI character and will answer all your queries. Additionally, it will also appear as a colorful Xbox orb. It will quickly access information from support.xbox.com and will answer questions relevant to Xbox console and game support issues.
