Krafton is all set to roll out its highly anticipated BGMI 3.9 update. As per the report, the update is set to launch on July 16 2025, and hence, there are several new things that are expected to shake things up in the game, including the much-awaited Transformers-themed event. The upcoming Transformers event in BGMI will allow players to dive into the battlegrounds experience of witnessing and participating in the legendary clash between Optimus Prime and Megatron.

The BGMI 3.9 update will begin around 9:30 AM IST, 16 July, for Android users and around 9:00 AM IST for iOS users. However, there’s no official confirmation about the update, but as per social media frenzy and several channels, it is almost confirmed that the company is bringing the 3.9 update on 16 July

The upcoming BGMI 3.9 update is not just about the introduction of new cosmetics or themes, it is also about the meaningful changes and popular modes, including Metro Royale and Ranked Arena. These two modes are getting some of the major enhancements and polished experience.

Transformer-Themed Game Mode:

One of the highly anticipated enhancement is the introduction of the transformer-themed mode, where players could either participate as Optimus Prime or Megatron.

New Map:

As per reports, there could be introduction of new areas including Neon Town, Neon Outpost, and Galaxy Burger Shop. Players can get high loot in these areas.

Summer Showdown:

Another next big update could be Summer Showdown, which is a festive-style themed map. The map will have a deadly weapon called Ink Blaster.
