Regular iPhone restart

— Press and hold either the volume up or the volume down button on your iPhone.

— While holding the chosen volume button, press and hold the side button (power button).

— Drag the slider to the right to turn off your iPhone.

— Now, wait for at least 30 seconds for your iPhone to shut down completely.

— Turn your iPhone back on by pressing and holding the side button again until you see the Apple logo on the screen.

Force iPhone restart

— Press and release the volume up button and volume down button quickly one by one.

— Immediately press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

— Release the side button as soon as you see the Apple logo.

— The iPhone will automatically force restart.
