
Xiaomi took the market by storm with the launch of the Xiaomi 15 Ultra in the Chinese market. Along with that, the smartphone-producing giant has also released the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro wearables. As claimed by the company, the device is backed by Harman and can go on for up to 40 hours in a single charge.
As for the pricing, the Xiaomi Buds 5 Pro can be purchased in the Chinese market for CNY 1,299 which roughly converts to Rs 15,600 for the Bluetooth variant. The WiFi variant of the device is available for CNY 1,499 that converts to Rs 18,000. The Bluetooth variant is shipping in Titanium Gold and Snow Mountain White color options. The WiFi variant of the same is available for Mirage Black color.
Xiaomi Buds Pro 5 bring a classic in-ear design and also have triple driver system comprising 11mm titanium woofers with 10mm ceramic tweeters. The product also comes with a dual amplifier for enhanced audio experience. They include Harman AudioEFX clubbed with dynamic head tracking and Spatial audio experience. It has also been claimed by the company that the earphones support up to 55dB Active Noise Cancellation and 100dB noise call reduction.
Other features offered in the device are Bluetooth 5.4, SBC, AAC, aptX Lossless, and more. The TWS carries IP54 certification for splash and dust resistance. The earphones offer a total battery of 40 hours with the case. Individually, they can go on for around 8 hours once charged completely from zero to 100%. As of now, it is not clear if the buds will make it out of China or not. Readers are advised to wait for Xiaomi’s official announcement regarding this.
