The B by Lenskart smart glasses will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 chipset, which is specifically designed for lightweight augmented reality (AR) devices. The glasses will weigh around 40 grams, making them roughly 20% lighter than most other smart glasses currently available.
Lenskart confirmed that the glasses will include an integrated Sony camera for photos and videos, along with a built-in Gemini 2.5 Live AI assistant that enables natural, human-like conversations. The wearables will support hands-free UPI payments, live translation, and well-being insights, positioning them as one of the most feature-rich AI wearables from an Indian brand so far.
Earlier this year, during the Snapdragon for India XR Day event, CEO Peyush Bansal announced that Lenskart’s future smart eyewear lineup would run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon chips. The company’s first smart glasses, Lenskart Phonic, were launched in February 2025 at a starting price of Rs 4,000. The upcoming B by Lenskart is expected to arrive as a more advanced and premium wearable later this year.
