Xiaomi Pad 7, Pad 7 Pro Appears on Geekbench Certification Ahead of Official Launch

Xiaomi is preparing to introduce its new tablets Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro in the global market after launching them in China on October 29. Recently, both tablets were seen on the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) certification, which suggests a global launch soon. Here’s what we know about the upcoming Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro.

Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro Expected Specifications:

Both Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro are expected to come with new storage variants and network capabilities. The upcoming Pad series appears on the FCC certification with model numbers 2410CRP4CG and 24091RPADG for Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro respectively. Additionally, the series also appears on the SDPPI certification with the same model numbers.

As per certification, the Pad 7 is expected to come in three storage variants, including 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. However, talking about the Pad 7 Pro would come with an additional variant, including 8GB+128GB, 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 512GB. The pads will feature Wi-Fi 7 for the pro variant and Wi-Fi 6E for the vanilla variant.

Apart from this, both the tablets will work on Xiaomi’s custom HyperOS 2.0 which provides a customizable user interface. As far as display features are concerned, Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro are expected to feature an 11.2-inch IPS LCD with a resolution of 3200 x 2136 pixels, 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10, and Dolby Vision support.

Talking about the dimensions, the tablet is 251.2 mm long, 173.4 mm wide, 6.2 mm thick, and weighs 500 grams. Pad 7 has a Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3 processor. Pad 7 Pro includes a more powerful Snapdragon 8S Gen 3 processor.

Xiaomi Pad 7 and Pad 7 Pro Expected Price:

The Xiaomi Pad 7 will be priced at Rs 26,999 for the 6GB+128GB base variant. The Pad 7 Pro might launch at Rs 29,200 in India.
