Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro Launched in India With MediaTek Dimensity 9500: Check Details

Vivo has launched the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro in India. Both phones run Android 16 with OriginOS 6. They share high-speed LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, ensuring smooth performance and fast app loading. The phones are available in multiple colors, including Dune Gold, Elite Black, Summit Red, and Mist Blue.

Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro Price in India & Availability

The Vivo X300 is available in three storage variants, including the 12GB+256GB, priced at Rs 75,999 and Rs 81,999 for 12GB+512GB variant. However, the high-end variant of 16GB+512GB is available at Rs 85,999.

The top-end Vivo X300 Pro comes in single variant of 16GB+512GB, priced at Rs 1,09,999. The vivo ZEISS extender kit costs Rs 18,999

The pre-booking of both Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro starts today and the first sale will take place on 10th December 2025.

The phone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with 2800×1260 resolution and a 1–120Hz adaptive refresh rate. It also includes liquid cooling vapor chamber for better performance during long use.
