October is going to be one of the most exciting months for smartphone enthusiasts, with a host of devices launching with power-packed features and enhancements. While September 2025 was the busiest with the iPhone 17, Galaxy S25 FE, and more launches, October will bring cutting-edge flagship devices with AI-powered cameras, massive batteries, and unique designs.
OnePlus 15
One of the most essential launches to witness in October is the OnePlus 15, slated to launch globally, followed by the India launch later this year or in January 2026. The upcoming device is expected to pack a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE X3 LTPO display and to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with up to 16GB RAM. It might include a 7000mAh battery.
iQOO 15
The iQOO 15 is reported to be launched in China on October 15 with by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a squircle-shaped triple rear camera module, a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wireless charging, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. In addition, it might come with an 8K vapor chamber cooling.
Realme GT 8 Pro
The next in the list is Realme GT 8 Pro, expected to launch with a 6.78-inch 2K AMOLED display, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and two 50MP sensors. It is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 and a 7,000mAh battery.
Oppo Find X9
The Oppo Find X9 series launches in China on October 16 and in India by early December. It runs on the Dimensity 9500 chipset with a large 7,500mAh battery. The Pro model features Hasselblad-tuned optics with a 200MP periscope lens, a squircle camera design, and multiple color options like Bright Red and Frost White.
Vivo X300 Series
The Vivo X300 series arrives in China on October 13, featuring the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. The lineup includes X300 and X300 Pro with BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED displays, large 6,000–7,000mAh batteries, advanced Zeiss cameras with up to 200MP sensors, and IP68/69 durability.
Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G
The Redmi Note 15 Pro 5G offers a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL main sensor and a 20MP front camera. It focuses on camera performance upgrades while retaining a balanced mid-range price and strong overall hardware.
Vivo V60e
Vivo is all set to unveil its next mid-range smartphone in India, dubbed Vivo V60e, with an attractive combination of features at an affordable price range. The Vivo V60e 5G is expected to be launched in three storage variants, including 8GB RAM + 128GB storage, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. Vivo V60e 5G is tipped to be equipped with the 200MP main sensor, MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, and an IP68 rating.
Realme 15x
The Realme 15x 5G launches in India on October 1. It has a 7,000mAh battery with 60W charging, a 144Hz display, 50MP dual cameras, IP69-certified durability, and up to 24GB of Dynamic RAM.
