While September 2025 was the busiest with the iPhone 17, Galaxy S25 FE, and more launches, October will bring cutting-edge flagship devices with AI-powered cameras, massive batteries, and unique designs.

List of Upcoming Smartphones in October 2025

OnePlus 15

One of the most essential launches to witness in October is the OnePlus 15, slated to launch globally, followed by the India launch later this year or in January 2026. The upcoming device is expected to pack a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE X3 LTPO display and to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with up to 16GB RAM. It might include a 7000mAh battery.

iQOO 15

The iQOO 15 is reported to be launched in China on October 15 with by Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a squircle-shaped triple rear camera module, a 7,000mAh battery with 100W wireless charging, and an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. In addition, it might come with an 8K vapor chamber cooling.

Realme GT 8 Pro

Vivo V60e 5G is tipped to be equipped with the 200MP main sensor, MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, and an IP68 rating.

Realme 15x

The Realme 15x 5G launches in India on October 1. It has a 7,000mAh battery with 60W charging, a 144Hz display, 50MP dual cameras, IP69-certified durability, and up to 24GB of Dynamic RAM.
