As per Geekbench listing, the Galaxy S25 Edge has been spotted with a model number SM-S937N which suggests that the smartphone will be powered by the 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It is expected that the smartphone would measure somewhere around 5.84mm, making it the slimmest flagship phone under its S25 series. The standard S25 comes at 7.2 mm in thickness.

As per Ice Universe, the last and fourth smartphone in the S25 series is going to feature a 2K display with a 6.7-inch and 3,120 x 1,080 pixels resolution. Another specification revelation from the same tipster is regarding the material used in the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge. The smartphone is expected to be equipped with the titanium alloy for designing materials.

Talking about the camera features, the company is expected to bring Galaxy S25 Edge with a 200MP primary sensor and, 50MP Ultra-wide lens. For selfies, Samsung could bring it with a 12MP front camera. To power the phone, the tech giant could bring it with 3,900mAh battery.
