Realme GT 8 Pro Launches in India with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 200-megapixel Camera: Check Details

Realme launched its flagship smartphone in India dubbed GT 8 Pro with power-packed features and enhancements. The device was already available in China. The company unveiled the smartphone through its official YouTube channel. The REalme GT 8 Pro packs several powerful features, including a 200-megapixel telephoto lens, stunning 2K display, 7,000 sq mm VC cooling system, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, and more

 Realme GT 8 Pro Price in India

The Realme GT 8 Pro was launched in India in two storage variants, paired with different RAM options, including 12GB and 16GB, to create different configurations. The 12GB+256GB is priced at Rs 72,999 and the 16GB+512GB option is available at Rs 78,999 in the country.

The brand is also offering Rs 5000 bank offer on the device along with free deco card. Additionally, there will be up to 6 months of EMI option on the smartphone. This makes the price of the 12GB+256GB variant costs Rs 67,999 and 16GB+512GB variant is priced at Rs 73,999.

Pre-Bookings and First Sale

The device will go on sale through e-commerce site Flipkart and Realme’s online store. The smartphone will be launched in two color options, including Diary White and Urban Blue, different from what the company launched in China, including a Green variant.

The first sale of the Realme GT 8 Pro begins as a limited-time offer on 25th November and will last till 29th November 2025.

Under the hood, the Realme GT 8 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset built on a 3nm process, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The company is also adding a Hyper Vision + AI chip to enhance the performance and camera processing. It runs on Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0

Display:

The display of the Realme GT 8 Pro features a stunning 6.79″ 2K 144Hz Sky Dome OLED flat screen along with a 144Hz refresh rate and an impressive peak brightness of 7,000 nits, 2000nit global brightness, 1000nit manual maximum brightness, 4000nit Sunlight Display offering 2x the brightness in bright light.

Camera:

For optics, the device packs a 50MP Ricoh GR anti-glare main camera with a 1/1.56″ sensor, OIS, f/1.8 aperture, a 50MP 116° ultra-wide camera with f/2.0 aperture, a 200MP 1/1.4″ Samsung HP5 sensor, 3x periscope telephoto. For selfies, you will have a 32MP front-facing camera with an f/2.4 aperture.

Battery:

To power the smartphone, the company has given a massive 7,000mAh Titan Battery with 120W Ultra Charge support, which can deliver all-day usage in just 15 minutes of charging.

Realme GT 8 Pro Aston Martin Edition

Realme also introduced a dream edition in collaboration with Aston Martin and launched a Realme GT 8 Pro Aston Martin edition in India. It comes in vivid Aston Martin Racing Green color and offered in only one memory variant, including 16GB+512GB available at Rs 79,999 with 12 months of EMI options.
