PhonePe Launched Made in India SmartSpeaker in 21 Languages: Check Out Features and How to Use It

PhonePe launched SmartSpeaker in India with several enhanced features and enhancements. The product comes under the ‘Made In India’ initiative and is available in up to 21 languages. To recall, the SmartSpeaker was first introduced in 2022 to enhance offline merchants’ voice-based payment notifications. The newly launched SmartSpeaker is a significant upgrade to the old and original speaker. It has increased battery life and comes with built-in speakers.

PhonePe launched next-gen SmartSpeaker in India which comes with upgraded features as compared to the old model available in the market. It is designed to meet the evolving business needs and comes with several enhancements. It is equipped with the 4G network and fast charging capabilities. The 4G network in the newly launched SmartSpeaker is said to deliver higher network reliability.

Additionally, the new SmartSpeaker is able to get completely charged in 75 minutes and it is said to exceed seven days on standby. It delivers audio alerts in real time as soon as the person makes the payment to merchant which mean it reduces the dependency on checking SMS every time apayment take place. It has better audio quality and comes in compact form factor.

SmartSpeaker Price in India:

The SmartSpeaker from PhoenPe is priced at Rs 318 along with a monthly subscription charge of Rs 125. The plan is valid for one month and the money will be debited via UPI AutoPay after every 30 days. In addition, there is a zero rental plan available at Rs 999 which is a one-time setup fee. It will only have Rs 25 monthly subscription. The subscription fee will only debit until the merchant cancel their subscription.
