One of the exciting news items with the Tensor G5 chipset is that Google has teamed up with DeepMind to make the processor more capable of running the new Gemini NanoAI model, that too directly on the phone. This integration helps the chipset unlock several AI features, including smarter screenshots, advanced voice recognition, and Recorder enhancements.
As per Google, these processes are now 2.6 times faster and twice as efficient compared to older generations, making AI a core part of the Pixel 10 experience.
What makes the Pixel 10 series sets apart is the unique features it delivers due to the powerful Tensor G5 chipset. The tech giant has embedded tools like Magic Cue, Call Notes with actions, and Voice Translate, and they run entirely on-device.
In addition, everyday functions such as scam detection, natural voice editing in Gboard, and personal journaling are faster and smarter, allowing users to indulge in a more seamless experience.
One of the other strengths that Pixel devices embed is their photography, and the new Tensor G5 takes it further. There’s an addition of an upgraded Image Signal Processor (ISP) that ensures sharp, detailed images and videos, even in low light.
Other advanced features like Motion Deblur, Real Tone enhancements, and 10-bit video recording make Pixel 10’s camera the most advanced yet. With ProRes Zoom, users can now zoom up to 100x while still capturing incredible detail.
