Full List of Pixel Devices Eligible for the December 2025 Update: Bug Fixes, Performance Boosts

Google has finally started rolling out its December 2025 software update for Pixel devices. The update introduces several fixes and enhancements for devices running Android 16. The tech giant is improving overall system performance and enhancing connectivity. The update is gradually rolled out worldwide; however, some regions might receive the update notifications after a few days, depending on the region and carrier approvals.

Global Rollout

Google has started sending the latest updates for December 2025 for a wide range of Pixel devices. This ranges from the Pixel 6 to the latest Pixel 10 models. It also includes foldables and tablets too.

Users worldwide are receiving firmware version BP4A.251205.006. Nevertheless, regions such as EMEA, Japan, and Verizon in the U.S. have their separate builds.

Enhancements and Upgrades

One of the key highlight of this upgrade is the display performance in Pixel devices, especially for Pixel 10 lineup and foldable models. To recall, users reported several issues such as screen flickering, blackouts, and more in their devices. Google is addressing these issues in the December software update.

Additionally, the tech giant has also addressed the battery performance issue and resolved the errors in the charge icon display. Not only this, the company has also resolved the behavior of the 80% charge limit settings.

Bluetooth stability has also been enhanced, reducing intermittent pairing issues with various accessories.

System Stability Improvements

Another area that Google focused heavily is the system reliability, including improvements in better memory management and smoother picture-in-picture performance. In addition, fixes for sensor-related crashes are also been addressed.

Google has also strengthened the emergency calling reliability for the Pixel 6 series.

Camera, Audio, and Wi-Fi Improvements

Pixel 9 and 10 users reported some camera stability issues. Google worked on the issues and audio performance has been refined for the same devices. Pixel 8 series has received improved Wi-Fi stability and connection along with more consistent online experience.
