So far, the tech mogul has repeatedly focused on the need for global internet access, and the Indian market is one of the crucial parts of the process.
Talking about the price and plans by Starlink in India, reports suggest that Starlink may offer plans starting around Rs 3,000 per month with a satellite dish device, which may cost approximately Rs 33,000. Moreover, Starlink can offer a complimentary one-month trial period too with device purchase. However, these prices could be introductory and may vary based on location and government regulations. The company will also have to pay licensing and spectrum fees to operate commercially in India. However, it must be noted that the official pricing is yet to be announced.
