Google has finally and officially rolled out its highly-anticipated Android 16 with a wave of exciting features and visual refinements. The tech giant brought Android 16 with several performance upgrades that are aimed at making your smartphone experience smarter and smoother than ever. The update is coming to Pixel devices first.

One of the striking features that’s coming with Android 16 is that group chats in your Google Messages will now get some fresh updates. It will allow you to personalize your conversations even more. The feature will be rolled out soon and it will give your RCS group chats a custom name. In addition, you will also be able to pick a unique icon that reflects your group’s vibe. Not only this, you will now be able to check which of your friends are using RCS along with muting notifications for specific time without leaving the group.

New Image Editor:

Google is brining a new image editor with the roll out of the Android 16. In this features you can turn your ordinary pictures into something special with the help of AI. It will give you insatant suggestions to enhance your photos in just one tap. If you want to fix something specific, then you just have to tap, brush, or circle that area you want to edit and the right tools will appear. Google is introducing a new Reimagined feature that allows you to bring your ideas to life and hence you just need to describe what you want and it will create it for you. In addition, there’s a Auto Frame feature that will perfectly crop or even expand the scene beyond the original shot.

Customize Google Home Favorites

Another features that’s coming with Android 16 is updates in Google Home App. After new update, Google Home App will allow you to customize your Favorites with shortcuts that are tailored to each of your devices. Availability Android 16:

The availability of Android 16 will start from Wednesday to qualified devices based on the different time zones. It will only be available to Pixel devices for now and slowly the update will cover other Android devices.
