After successfully concluding the Prime Day Sale, Amazon is ready to host another major sale in India — the Great Freedom Festival 2025 sale. A microsite by the e-commerce giant has confirmed that the sale will begin on August 1st, while Prime members will get early access to the sale. If you have a subscription to Amazon Prime, then you will be able to access the deal 12 hours ahead of the official sale. For the upcoming sale, the e-commerce platform has confirmed the partnership with SBI Card. This will allow you to get up to a 10 per cent instant discount. Apart from this, you can also get offers with the exchange deals and no-cost EMI options, which will help you make deals more affordable.
Based on the previous sale by Amazon, you can expect a decent discount on the top-end smartphones by Apple, Samsung, Google, and more. While the mid-range phones are expected to witness even more discounts. The laptops from top brands such as Apple, Asus, Samsung, Acer, and more are also expected to face price drops. However, Amazon is yet to reveal the deals.
If you want to take full advantage of the sale and want to get the Prime membership, then know that Amazon is offering a chance to renew the Prime membership at just Rs 749 instead of the earlier price of Rs 1,499. For those who are enrolling for the first time, they can get the Prime membership for Rs 1,499 per year, while the one-month and three-month options are available at Rs 299 and Rs 599, respectively. These options offer Prime Video as well as a Prime shopping experience.
If you aren’t interested in the entertainment, then you can also get Amazon Prime Shopping Edition, which costs Rs 399 per year.
