Xiaomi 15 series launched in India; Check price, specs, and more

Xiaomi has launched the much awaited Xiaomi 15 series in the Indian market. The series consists of two devices – Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Ultra. As for the pricing, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra is available in the market for Rs 1,09,999 for 16GB RAM and 512GB internal storage variant. All the users who pre-book the device will also get a free Photography Kit Legend Edition along with an ICICI Bank instant discount. As for its original price, the Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit Legend Edition with USB Type-C, detachable shutter button, and a 2000mAh battery will be available for Rs 11,999. Coming to the base variant, the Xiaomi 15’s 12GB RAM variant with 512GB internal storage can be purchased for Rs 64,999. It will be available in three different color options – Black, Green, and, White. All the customers who pre-book the device will get an instant discount of Rs 5,000 using the ICICI Bank cards along with a free Care Plan of Rs 5,999. The pre-orders for the device will begin on March 19, 2025, and will go on until April 2, 2025. Xiaomi 15 series specifications and features

Xiaomi 15 comes with a 6.73-inch WQHD+ quad-curved LTPO AMOLED display coupled with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3200 nits of peak brightness. On the other hand, the base variant gets a 6.36-inch FHD+ LTPO AMOLED display along with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phones are powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor paired with 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. Both of them operate on HyperOS 2.0 based on the Android 15 operating system.

In terms of optics, we get to see a quad rear camera setup along with a 50MP LYT-900 primary shooter with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), a 50MP ultrawide angle shooter, a 50MP Sony IMX858 telephoto shooter with OIS, and a 200MP ISOCELL HP9 periscope telephoto sensor with OIS and 4.3X optical zoom. The base variant sports a triple rear camera setup including a 50MP primary shooter with optical image stabilization (OIS), a 50MP ultra wide angle shooter, and a 50MP telephoto shooter with OIS and 3x optical zoom. For the sake of selfies and video calls, both the phones house a 32MP front snapper.

The Xiaomi 15 Ultra is getting a 5410mAh battery along with 90W wired and 80W wireless fast charging support. On the other hand, the base variant packs a 5240mAh battery along with 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support.
