Vivo is all set to launch its next V-series smartphone — the Vivo V60e in India. While the exact date is unknown, the company has revealed all the essential details, including design, specifications, cameras, and features, while taking a microsite live for the Vivo V60e. Based on the teasers, the Vivo V60e is confirmed to be available in two colour options – Elite Purple and Noble Gold. Vivo has also confirmed durability features with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, along with Diamond Shield Glass protection. The phone will feature a quad-curved display with slim bezels and a hole-punch cutout for the selfie camera. What else does it expect to get? Know everything here. Several rumours and leaks suggest it could have a 6.77-inch OLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, the V60e is expected to stand out in its segment with a 200MP primary camera, supported by optical image stabilisation and up to 30x digital zoom. Moreover, it may have an 8MP ultra-wide sensor and Aura Light. On the front, a 50MP autofocus camera with a wide 92-degree field of view will handle selfies and video calls. Vivo has also teased India-focused photography features, such as AI Festival Portrait, which enhances photos with festive-themed effects. Other AI-powered tools like AI Image Expander and AI Four Season Portrait will also be included.
Apart from these, the Vivo is also expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. Moreover, it may run on Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 out of the box. Vivo has also promised three years of major Android updates and five years of security patches. Under the hood, it is expected to pack a large 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired charging.
Some reports suggest that the Vivo V60e has briefly appeared on Flipkart, which has revealed the tentative prices. The 8GB RAM and the 128GB storage variant may cost Rs 28,749, while the 8GB RAM and a 256GB storage option could be priced at Rs 30,749. However, the final prices will be confirmed with its launch.
