                                Samsung is gearing to reveal its next flagship lineup, dubbed Galaxy S26, offering major upgrades and enhancements compared to its predecessor. The tech giant reveals its plans for the upcoming S26 series during its Q3 2025 earnings call. Samsung hinted at a major technological leap powered by advanced AI capabilities. In addition, Samsung mentioned about next-generation processor and upgraded camera sensors.
Samsung’s Mobile Experience Division Vice President, Daniel Araujo, revealed that the Galaxy S26 will be focused on user-centric and performance. The smartphone is reportedly featuring next-generation AI to deliver a more personalized experience on Galaxy S26.
The powerful AI enhancements in Galaxy S26 indicate that Samsung is planning to go beyond the traditional AI capabilities in a smartphone. The company might introduce intelligent tools that adapt dynamically to user behavior and preferences.
Under the hood, the Samsung Galaxy S26 series sis expected to be powered by the Exynos 2600 chipset. This is the company’s first 2nm custom processor, marking Samsung’s significant milestone for its semiconductor division.
Nevertheless, Samsung will not leave its dual-chip strategy, and hence, it will also introduce its Galaxy S26 with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 in selected regions. While we are still unaware of the company’s final decision, as it is still under evaluation, Araujo confirmed that the chipset lineup is being tested to achieve the best balance of power and efficiency.
Samsung, during its Q3 2025 earnings call, also confirmed that the company will introduce the new camera sensors for Galaxy S26. These new camera sensors will enhance photography and video quality across all lighting conditions. The company says that AI will play a crucial role in this and is also planning to introduce smarter image processing, faster scene recognition, and advanced computational photography.
Samsung is also planning to expand its foldable lineup, other to launching the Galaxy S26 lineup. In addition, the tech giant will also enhance Galaxy Watches with more health-focused AI tools and will introduce new TWS and audio products.
