Tipster Abhishek Yadav took to X (formerly Twitter) to share the Indian pricing of the Samsung Galaxy A17 5G. According to the leakster, the device will start at Rs 18,999 for the base 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model could be priced at Rs 20,499, while the high-end 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant could cost Rs 23,499. At these figures, the Galaxy A17 5G will go up against the iQOO Z10R and Vivo T4R. To recall, the Galaxy A16 5G started at Rs 18,999 for the base 8GB RAM + 128GB storage option.

The Galaxy A17 5G is expected to feature a slimmer design with 7.5mm thickness. It could weigh around 192 grams. On the rear, the device could sport a pill-shaped triple camera setup.

For photography, the device could get a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 5MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 2MP macro camera. On the front, the Galaxy A17 5G may feature a 13MP selfie camera.
