Realme has revealed that it will soon launch its next affordable tablet in India called the Realme Pad Slim. A listing of Realme Pad Slim is now live on Flipkart, meaning it would soon go on sale. The speculation is that the new Realme Pad Slim may be launched alongside the Realme 10, the launch date of which was announced recently.
The Flipkart listing also mentions what may look like the price of the tablet, but it certainly is a placeholder. The Realme Pad Slim is meant to be an affordable version of the Realme Pad, so there is no way it would cost Rs 32,999. Even the high-end tablet from Realme, the Realme Pad X, does not cost that amount since it was launched for Rs 19,999.
The specifications of the Realme Pad Slim are also listed on Flipkart. It is expected to come in 6GB RAM and 128GB storage in India, along with both Wi-Fi and LTE options. But if you take a closer look, the specifications seem similar to that of the regular Realme Pad, and that makes us think if this is a glitch on Flipkart’s part. Realme has not officially teased the launch, which gives fuel to that speculation. Since the Realme Pad Slim has not been launched earlier, we are not sure about the specifications.
The Realme Pad specifications include a 10.4-inch display with a resolution of 2000×1000 pixels. It has a metal frame all around. Powering the Realme Pad is an octa-core MediaTek Helio G80 processor. The Realme Pad has an 8-megapixel camera each on the back and front sides. It is fueled by a 7100mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging and runs Android 11-based software.
In India, the Realme Pad is available in two models, both with LTE support. The 3GB RAM and 32GB storage option costs Rs 15,999, while the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model is priced at Rs 17,999. If true, the Realme Pad Slim would cost less than the regular model in India.
