Realme C63 5G launched with 120Hz display, MediaTek 5G chipset

Realme C63 5G is the latest smartphone with a host of features, including a display with a 120Hz refresh rate, for about Rs 11,000. The company claims the phone’s display ensures “superior visual quality and minimised eye fatigue,” owing to the 120Hz refresh rate at this price. It is the 5G version of the C63 that recently debuted. Thanks to the MediaTek processor, the phone offers 5G connectivity and comes with a 32MP camera that can take decent photographs. The new Realme C63 will appeal to customers looking for a budget Android phone with 5G.

Realme C63 5G price in India

You can buy the new C63 5G in three configurations. The one with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage costs Rs 10,999, the 6GB+128GB model is priced at Rs 11,999, and the highest model featuring 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage costs Rs 12,999. You can get flat Rs 1,000 off on each variant should you choose to pay using a bank card. The prices after the discount will be Rs 9,999, Rs 10,999, and Rs 11,999, respectively. The Realme C63 5G is available in Starry Gold and Forest Green colours.

Realme C63 5G specifications

Featuring support for 5G networks on both SIM card slots, the new Realme C63 5G boasts a 6.67-inch HD+ display with up to a 120Hz refresh rate. That means you can choose between 50Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, and 120Hz refresh rate levels. Realme claims this “Eye Comfort Display” also has the TUV SUD 48-month Fluency Certificate, which guarantees “a consistently smooth user experience for at least 48 months.” Powering the phone is an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, paired with up to 8GB of RAM. You can expand the RAM up to 8GB virtually. The phone supports dual-channel network acceleration to use 5G and Wi-Fi for the best internet experience. It runs Android 14-based Realme UI 5.0 and has an IP64 dust and water resistance.

For photography, the Realme C63 5G has a 32MP rear camera along with a secondary camera, the sensor details of which are unclear. Realme claims the camera can capture sharp and detailed images while offering modes such as Street, Pro, Pano, Portrait, Time-Lapse, Tilft-Shift, and Movie-Dual. You get an 8MP selfie camera with features such as AI Beauty and 1080p video recording. The phone is 7.94mm slim and weighs 192 grams.
