Oppo F29 Pro could soon reach the Indian shores. The smartphone has already marked its presence on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website. The name of the device has been confirmed with the Bluetooth SIG listing of the phone. And yes, a lot of key specifications and features of the smartphones have surfaced online via multiple leaks.
The Oppo F29 Pro will most probably pack the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor along with LPDDR4X type RAM and UFS 3.1 internal storage. It will operate on the ColorOS 15 based on the Android 15 operating system. The smartphone will get a 6.7-inch FHD+ quad-curved AMOLED display coupled with 120Hz refresh rate. It is also being said that the smartphone will come with a 6000mAh battery along with 80W wired fast charging support.
In terms of optics, we can get to see a dual rear camera setup in Oppo F29 Pro including a 50MP primary shooter with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 2MP secondary shooter. For the sake of selfies and video calls, the phone will sport a 16MP front snapper as well.
The handset will carry the CPH2705 model number. In addition, we can get to see dual or maybe triple certification for splash and dust resistance. Some rumors suggested that the device is going to be pretty identical to the recently launched Oppo A5 Pro 5G. If that happens, then the device will be priced somewhere around Rs 25,000.
All other information related to the smartphone is still under wraps. Speculations are that we will get to know more about the same once Oppo makes an official announcement related to the device. Until then, the readers are suggested to take all the information with a grain of salt.
