
Oppo has launched a new smartphone in China, expanding its A-series. The newly unveiled Oppo A6 Pro packs a massive 7,000mAh battery and comes with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. The device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip and equipped with a vapour chamber cooling system. Here’s everything you need to know about the Oppo A6 Pro.
Oppo A6 Pro sports a 6.57-inch full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,372 pixels) display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1400 nits peak brightness. It is powered by a 4nm octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chip, paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage.
For optics, the Oppo A6 Pro gets a dual rear camera setup headlined by a 50MP f/1.8 main sensor. It is accompanied by a 2MP monochrome lens. The front of the device houses a 16MP camera for selfies.
Under the hood, the Oppo A6 Pro houses a large 7,000mAh battery that supports 80W fast wired charging. The battery is claimed to offer up to 23 hours of video playback on a single charge. It runs on Android 15-based ColorOS 15 out of the box.
The Oppo A6 Pro is equipped with a 4,300 sq mm vapour chamber cooling system. It comes with IP66 + IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
Oppo A6 Pro is priced at CNY 1,799 (approx. Rs 22,500) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage model. The 12GB + 256GB variant costs CNY 1,999 (approx. Rs 24,500), the 16GB + 256GB model is priced at CNY 2,199 (approx. Rs 27,000), and the top-end 16GB + 512GB option comes at CNY 2,499 (approx. Rs 30,500).
The Oppo A6 Pro is available in three colourways – Black Jade, Flowing Water Gold, and Rising to the Top.
