OPO Find N5: OPPO To Launch World’ First Thinnest Smartphone

OPPO is gearing up to launch the world’s first thinnest smartphone with several enhancing features. There have been several leaks and reports suggesting the smartphone’s specifications and features. The tech giant recently revealed that it would be launching the first device with the thinnest features. OPPO’s chief product officer Pete Lau mentioned that the company would be soon unveiling the OPPO Find N5 which will be the world’s first phone with the thinnest design.

The company has not yet revealed any official features or specifications of the device. Nevertheless, the company’s CPO Pete Lau mentions in his X post about the smartphone revealing it’s going to be the world’s first thinnest foldable phone. The post reads, “Returning to the fold – thinner and stronger than ever.” Additionally, he also teased that the smartphone is going to be launched soon.

The teaser suggests that the device will be thinner than a standard pencil. A pencil is usually 7-8 mm thick. If this turns out to be true, the phone will be a big improvement over the Find N3 which is 11.7 mm in thickness when folded.

Oppo Find N5 is expected to set a new standard for slim foldable smartphones. If leaked reports are to be believed, the device will bring a new industrial design while maintaining its sleek profile. The phone may get an IPX8 splash resistance rating.

Other than these features, the company could bring the smartphone equipped with the Hasselblad brand’s triple camera setup including a periscope lens for better zoom. The OPPO Find N5 could be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and packs a 6000mAh battery capacity.
