OnePlus Nord 5, Nord CE 5 Specifications Leaked Ahead Of Imminent Launch: Any Upgrades?

OnePlus is expected to launch its Nord series early next month. A recent leak by a tipster even suggested the exact launch, which is rumoured to be the 8th of July. However, the tech giant is yet to announce the release date officially. It must be noted that the OnePlus Nord CE 5 is tipped to accompany the elder sibling Nord 5 during the launch. OnePlus Nord CE 5 Expected Specifications And Features

As per the tipster, the upcoming OnePlus Nord CE 5 is tipped to be powered by the Dimensity 8350 chipset and may run Android 15 with 8GB of RAM. In Geekbench, it is tipped to get 1321 single-core scores and 4082 multi-core scores. Apart from this, it is said to be a flat FHD+ OLED display panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. For photography, it may feature a dual camera setup headline by a 50MP main with Optical Image Stabilisation and an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, the selfies could be taken care of by a 16MP selfie shooter. 

Talking about the battery, the Nord CE 5 has may 7100mAh battery with an 80W charging speed. Moreover, it may get a Hybrid SIM slot, an IR blaster and a single speaker. If this comes true, this will be a big letdown as its predecessor, the OnePlus Nord CE 4, has stereo speakers.

OnePlus Nord 5 Specifications (Expected)

Along with the Nord CE 5, the specifications of the Nord 5 have also been leaked by the same tipster. The Nord 5 is tipped to be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset and 12GB of RAM. It may also run on Android 15 out of the box. However, it is suggested to have minor improvements over the Nord 4, which is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3. 

However, we will need to wait for the official launch in July to confirm if these upcoming Nord devices have any major upgrades over their predecessors or if they will settle for minor improvements.
