The OnePlus 15 is gearing up to be the company’s next big flagship, and fresh leaks have revealed what buyers can expect in terms of colour options. The phone, tipped to launch later this year as the successor to the OnePlus 13, could arrive in three shades, with one of them likely to take centre stage in OnePlus’s marketing.
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the OnePlus 15 may come in Absolute Black, Mist Purple, and Dune. The Dune colour is expected to be the highlight and will reportedly feature in most of the company’s promotional material. There’s also a small difference in weight between the variants – the Dune model is said to weigh 211g, while the other two colours could weigh slightly more at 215g each.
Leaked renders suggest that the phone could ditch the circular camera island seen on the OnePlus 13 in favour of a square-shaped camera module, giving the handset a refreshed design.
In terms of hardware, the OnePlus 15 is said to sport a 6.78-inch flat LTPO OLED display with 1.5K resolution and up to 165Hz refresh rate. For photography, the device will likely feature a triple 50MP rear camera setup – including a primary sensor, an ultra-wide lens, and a telephoto sensor with 3x optical zoom.
OnePlus has also confirmed it’s working on a new in-house imaging engine called DetailMax, and the OnePlus 15 could be the first phone to ship with it.
Battery is another area where the device might see an upgrade. Reports suggest the OnePlus 15 could pack a 7,000mAh battery or even larger, paired with 100W fast charging. For comparison, last year’s OnePlus 13 had a 6,000mAh battery.
With leaks hinting at new colours, a revamped design, and bigger performance gains, the OnePlus 15 is shaping up to be one of the most anticipated Android flagships of the year.
