OnePlus 13 series global release date leaked online; Here are the details

We have been seeing the leaks of the OnePlus 13R and OnePlus 13 (global variant) for a long time now. In a recent development, a tipster who goes by the name Abhishek Yadav has shared the tentative launch date of the devices in the global market. According to his post, the OnePlus 13 series will make a debut in the market on January 7, 2025, at 9 PM IST at the OnePlus Winter Launch Event.

The same has been mentioned in the brand banner shared by the tipster. It has been confirmed in the past that the OnePlus 13 will be available to buy via Amazon India and the official website of OnePlus India. The device will be shipped in three different color variants – Black Eclipse, Midnight Ocean, and Arctic Dawn.

OnePlus 13 series expected specifications and features

OnePlus 13R will carry the model number CPH2691 appears online and the device has also appeared on the BIS certification. The device scored 2,189 in single-core tests and around 6,613 in the multi-core tests. It will bring 16GB RAM along with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The smartphone will run on the Android 15 operating system. We can also get to see a triple rear camera setup in the handset including two 50MP sensors. For selfies and video calls, the device may get a 16MP front snapper.

As for the OnePlus 13, it will bring a 6.82-inch Quad-HD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 4500 nits of peak brightness. The smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with 24GB LPDDR5X RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 onboard storage. The smartphone will also sport a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP primary shooter, a 50MP periscope telephoto shooter with 3X optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra wide-angle shooter. It will pack a 5000mAh battery along with 100W fast wired charging support.
