Motorola launched a mid-range smartphone dubbed Moto G66j with some power-packed features. The new smartphone is launched in Japan with MediaTek Dimensity 7060 chipset, 5,200mAh battery, and many more. It comes with MIL-STD-810H certifications and boasts IP68/IP69 ratings.
Moto G66j is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 7060 which is equipped with 2 cores that are clocked at 2.6GHz and 6 efficiency cores at 2.0GHz. The smartphone features 8GB RAM and 12GB internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card up to 2TB. The RAM can be expanded up to 25GB via RAM Boost.
For display, the Moto G66j packs a 6.7-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution of 2400 x 1080p. The display also comes with 391ppi pixel density along with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for extra security.
As far as camera features are concerned, the Moto G66j features a dual camera sensor including 50MP Sony LYT-600 primary camera and 8MP ultra wide angle camera. For clicking selfies, you will get 32MP front camera. The tech giant has equipped the smartphone with quad pixel technology so that the camera can perform better in low-light photography.
The Moto G66j is available in three color options including Pantone Black Oyster, Pantone Dill, and Pantone Gray Mist. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and dual SIM. The smartphone is equipped with the IP68/IP69 and military-grade durability, however, the display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i.
Moto G66j is priced at JPY 34,800 and is set to go on sale on 10 July in Japan.
