But why is Samsung launching this special edition in China, despite the fact that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 is already available in the country? Know that Samsung has always released its W-series foldables in China, which is actually in partnership with China Telecom. Samsung W26 Specifications And Features

It offers more or less similar specs to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7. However, one of the key differences is that it comes with satellite calling and messaging support to use in an emergency case. However, it is limited to China so far. Apart from this, it features an 8-inch main display with a 120Hz refresh rate, while the cover display measures a 6.5-inch. Under the hood, it is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset and packs a 4400mAh battery. For photography, it has a 200MP main camera. Well, it is not just about these specs. The Samsung W26 comes in a unique box with a Kevlar case, a charging cable, and a charging brick too!

This special edition, the Samsung W26, comes at a starting price of CNY 16,999 (approx. Rs 2,12,068) for the 512GB storage variant, while the 1TB model costs CNY 18,999. It must be noted that this model is China-exclusive, which means it won’t be launched in other countries.
