iQOO is all set to launch its next flagship smartphone, dubbed iQOO 15, on October 20. The device will be packed with powerful features and enhancements. However, ahead of the official launch, several key specifications and features have surfaced online, giving a clear picture of how this smartphone will look and what to expect from the new device.

The iQOO 15 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, the latest power-packed chipset by Qualcomm. It will have a versatile camera system and will be a perfect option for gamers and tech enthusiasts.

iQOO 15 Expected Specifications

The iQOO 15 is reported to feature a 6.85-inch Samsung M14 LEAD AMOLED 8T LTPO display with a 2K+ resolution of 3168 x 1440 pixels. It will offer a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak manual brightness of 1000 nits. The peak brightness will provide smooth and vivid visuals under bright sunlight.

The iQOO 15 is expected to have a flat layout with rounded corners, along with an anti-reflection coating. For security, the company is providing an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor for unlocking.

Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with a Q3 chip for enhanced gaming graphics. To power the device, the tech giant will provide a massive 7,000mAh battery that will support 100W wired and 40W wireless charging.

For photography enthusiasts, the iQOO 15 will pack a triple rear camera setup, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. For clicking selfies, buyers will have a 32MP front camera.

The iQOO 15 is tipped to include dual symmetrical speakers, a USB-C Gen 3.2 port, a large 091640 x-axis linear motor for haptic feedback, and an 8K vapor chamber cooling system. It is expected to come with IP68/69 dust and water resistance and run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

India Launch and Expected Price

After its China debut, the iQOO 15 is likely to arrive in India between mid and late November, with an expected price around Rs. 60,000, positioning it slightly above the iQOO 13 in the company’s lineup. With its flagship specifications, the iQOO 15 promises to be a strong contender for premium smartphones in the Indian market.
