While the company has not officially confirmed the pricing, past launches give us a clear picture of what to expect. The iPhone 17 Pro is likely to start in India at around Rs 1,25,000, making it one of the premium models in the lineup.

The exact price will vary depending on storage, with higher variants possibly crossing the Rs 1,50,000 mark. Apple usually keeps Indian pricing slightly higher than the U.S. because of import duties and taxes, so buyers here may need to pay more than international customers.

iPhone 17 Pro pre-orders is expected begin in India on September 12, three days after the launch event. Keeping Apple’s tradition in mind, the pre-orders will likely start from 5:30 PM IST.

Apple will also roll out its latest iOS 26 update right after the keynote. Indian iPhone users, including those with older models like the iPhone 11 and beyond, can download the new update on September 15.
