Google Pixel 9A Specs, Price Leaks: Everything We Know So Far

Google is preparing to launch its mid-rage smartphone, Pixel 9A. The tech giant could unveil its upcoming Pixel 9A early of 2025. As per reports the upcoming smartphone will come with a significant camera upgrade. Pixel 9A may feature a new primary sensor, replacing the 64-megapixel primary camera of the previous model Pixel 8A. It is likely to retain the 13-megapixel selfie snapper of the previous model. Pixel 9A Specifications (Expected)

Google launched the Pixel 8a in May, just days before the Google I/O event this year. The Pixel 9a is expected to launch 2 months before its launch. As per rumors, Pixel 9A could come equipped with 48MP camera. Apart from this, the company can give a 13-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera in the rear of this phone. This camera can be from Sony IMX712 sensor. For selfie, you can see a 13-megapixel front camera in the phone. The company introduced it in the 9 series. Recent leaks reveal that the phone will come with dimensions of 154.7 x 73.2 x 8.9mm (9.4mm with rear camera ring). With this dimension, this Google phone will be slightly longer and wider than Pixel 8a.

Google Pixel 9A is expected to powered by the Tensor G4 processor, which company included in Pixel 9 lineup in August. It may come with 8GB of RAM which is a downgrade storage option as compared to the 12GB in Pixel 9. With 8GB, the smartphone will have either 128GB or 256GB of storage.

Pixel 9A could come with larger battery than Pixel 8A; It could launch with 5,000mAh batter with 18W wired and 7.5 wireless charging speeds.

Pixel 9A Price (Expected)

The Google Pixel 9a is expected to launch earlier than usual next year, while pre-orders could begin as early as March, 2025. It is a mid-range smartphone, so it could launch at Rs 41,000.
