As mentioned in the report, the Gemini Live feature will be available via the Gemini application for all smartphones. And you will be able to access the same via a new circular waveform with a sparkle icon at the bottom right corner of the Gemini application. Whenever users tap on the icon, a full display with ‘Hold’ and ‘End’ buttons will appear on the screen’s bottom. Furthermore, the users will also be able to exit the full-screen interface to keep using their device even in-mid of a conversation with Gemini Live. To put an end to the conversation, you just need to tap on the notification or simply say ‘Stop’. Once a conversation ends, Gemini will display a textual transcript of the prompts. In addition, Gemini’s responses will be live in the history section from where you can also restart the conversation as per your requirement. And that’s not it, Gemini Live will also bring 10 new voices that can be used while getting the answers from Gemini. One thing to note here is that the Gemini Live will only be available for devices in which the primary language is set to English. As of now, Gemini Live doesn’t support Gemini Extensions which allows the chatbot to manage YouTube Music, Gmail, and other Google applications. If the same is not available on your smartphone until now, then there is no need to worry as it will be available for the same as Google is slowly rolling out the service for devices.
