Samsung Galaxy Book 5 series made a debut in India; Check price and specs

Samsung Galaxy Book 5 series has been released in India. And it consists of three devices – Galaxy Book 5 Pro, Galaxy Book 5 360, and Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360. The laptops come with Intel Core Ultra chipsets and CoPilot+. The pro variant from the series also includes quad speakers and Dolby Atmos support. And yes, the laptops also pack Galaxy AI abilities along with durable battery life. The Galaxy Book 5 Pro is available in the Indian market at a starting price of Rs 1,31,990 and the Galaxy 5 Book Pro 360 is available for Rs 1,55,990. On the other hand, the Galaxy Book 5 260 can be purchased at a starting price of Rs 1,14,990. All three laptops are available for pre-orders through the official website of Samsung and the Samsung India Smart Cafes. The sale of the devices will begin on March 20, 2025. All the customers who pre-book the laptops can get the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro for Rs 2,999 only instead of the original price which is Rs 19,999.

Samsung Galaxy Book 5 series specifications and features

The Samsung Galaxy Book 5 series comes with an Intel Core Ultra 7 series or Intel Core Ultra 5 series processor with an Intel Arc graphics processing unit. The devices operate on the Windows 11 operating system. They have two RAM options – 16GB RAM and 32GB RAM along with three storage options – 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB internal storage. The redesigned GPU of the device offers a 3x boost in AI compute power and a 40 percent lower SoC power consumption. The users will also get to see AI features like Photo Remaster and AI Select.

The Galaxy Book 5 Pro comes with a 14-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 3K resolution. On the other hand, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 has rolled out a 16-inch AMOLED 3K display clubbed with a 120Hz refresh rate. On the other hand, the Galaxy Book 5 360 comes with a 15.6-inch AMOLED display coupled with a 60Hz refresh rate.

The devices also bring Multi-Control, Quick Share, Microsoft Phone Link, and more. They also feature a 2MP 1080p FHD webcam for allowing the users to attend video calls. The Samsung Galaxy Book 5 Pro is powered by a 63.1Wh battery, the Galaxy Book 5 Pro 360 gets a 76.1Wh battery, and the base variant gets a 68.1Wh battery. As claimed by Samsung, the laptops will be able to go on for 25 hours once fully fueled.
