HP OmniBook 3 And HP OmniBook 5 Laptops With Built-In AI Features Launched In India: Price, Specs

HP has refreshed its lineup of AI PCs for 2025 with the launch of HP OmniBook 3 and OmniBook 5. These new models offer good battery and reliable performance along with AI-powered features. The new OmniBook laptops are priced affordably and promote sustainability with the use of post-consumer ocean-bound plastics for the keyboard. Both models come with EPEAT Gold with Climate+ and ENERGY STAR certifications. Here’s what the OmniBook 3 and OmniBook 5 offers and how much they cost.

HP OmniBook 3 Specifications, Features

The HP OmniBook 3 offers two display sizes – 14-inch and 15.6-inch – with anti-glare panels, full-HD (1920 x 1080 px) resolution, 250-nits brightness, and 62.5% sRGB colour gamut. The laptop runs on a 6-core AMD Ryzen AI 5 340 CPU with up to 4.8 GHz max boost clock speed. It packs an AMD Radeon 840M graphics processor and a dedicated NPU (50 TOPS). The OmniBook 3 offers 16GB DDR5-5600 MT/s RAM and 512GB PCIe Gen4 NVME M.2 SSD storage.

The laptop runs Windows 11 Home out of the box. On the front, it houses an HP True Vision 1080p FHD camera. For connectivity, the OmniBook 3 includes a USB Type-C port (with USB Power Delivery, DisplayPort 1.4), two USB Type-A ports, an HDMI 1.4b port, and a headphone/microphone combo jack.

Other features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, dual speakers, a fingerprint reader, and a full-size keyboard with numeric keypad. The OmniBook 3 packs a 3-cell 41Wh battery and comes with Microsoft Office Home 2024 Lifetime subscription along with 1 year Microsoft 365 subscription. It weighs 1.7 kg.

HP OmniBook 5 Specifications, Features

The HP OmniBook 5 sports a 14-inch 2K (1920 x 1200 px) OLED display with anti-glare panel and 300 nits brightness. The device packs an 8-core Qualcomm Snapdragon X1-26-100 chipset with a max boost clock speed of 3 GHz. It is paired with an Adreno GPU, 16GB LPDDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB PCIe Gen4 NVMe M.2 SSD storage.

The OmniBook 5 includes an HP True Vision 1080p FHD camera with temporal noise reduction and dual array digital microphones. In terms of connectivity, the laptop features two USB-C ports (with PD, DP 1.4a), a USB-A port, Wi-Fi 6E, and Bluetooth 5.3. The OmniBook 5 runs on Windows 11 Home and offers Microsoft Office Home 2024 Lifetime subscription along with 1 year of Microsoft 365. Under the hood, it packs a 59Wh battery that offers up to 34 hours of battery life.

HP OmniBook 3, HP OmniBook 5 Price in India

The OmniBook 3 starts at Rs 69,999 and will be available through HP online stores and offline retail outlets.

The HP OmniBook 5, on the other hand, is priced at Rs 75,999 for the 512GB and Rs 79,999 for the 1TB option. It will be available through Amazon, Croma, Reliance Digital and HP World Stores.

Both laptops are offered in a Glacier Silver colour option.
