Acer unveiled the Predator Helios 18P AI (2025) during the IFA 2025 event on Wednesday. The new gaming laptop can be configured with up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX CPU and up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 GPU. The Predator Helios 18P AI is equipped with an 18-inch Mini LED panel with 4K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. Acer Predator Helios 18P AI Specifications, Features

The Acer Predator Helios 18P AI sports an 18-inch Mini LED screen with a 4K WQUXGA resolution (3,840 x 2,400 pixels). The display offers 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1,000 nits peak brightness, 3ms response time, HDR support, and 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage. The gaming laptop is powered by up to an Intel Core Ultra 9 285HX CPU with Intel vPro. It is accompanied by up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 GPU for graphics, delivering 1824 AI TOPS. The Predator Helios 18P AI packs up to 192GB of error-correcting code (ECC) memory and up to 6TB of PCIe Gen 5 SSD storage. As for the cooling system, the laptop is equipped with dual sixth-generation AeroBlade Metal fans, vector heat pipes, and liquid metal thermal grease.

The Predator Helios 18P AI is equipped with a six-speaker setup with DTS X: Ultra setup. It also features a full-HD infrared (IR) webcam for video calls. The Helios 18P is a heavy machine, weighing around 3.5 kilograms.

For connectivity, the gaming laptop comes with support for Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.4. In terms of ports, it gets two Thunderbolt 5 Type-C, three USB Type-A, an Ethernet, and an HDMI 2.1 port. The Helios 18P also features an SD card reader. The laptop runs on Windows 11 Pro.

The Acer Predator Helios 18P AI starts at $3,999 (approx. Rs 3,52,000) in North America. In the EMEA market, it will start at EUR 4,999 (approx. Rs 5,13,000). Acer is yet to announce the sale date for the gaming laptop in these markets. Currently, there is no word on the Acer Predator Helios 18P AI launch in India.
