After a few developer beta releases, Apple has finally released the public beta of its iOS 18 operating system. This one is for those who want to try out the new OS before it arrives as a stable release alongside the new iPhones in September. The latest operating system is supported on more than 20 devices. It brings a host of features such as lock screen customization, the ability to lock apps, and and more. How to install iOS 18 Public beta

Step 2: Now, tap on Sign up, enter your Apple ID/Password, and continue to sign up for the beta program.

Step 3: Once enrolled for the beta program, head to Settings on your eligible iPhone.

Step 4: Tap on General > Software Update. Then tap on Beta Updates and select iOS 18 Public Beta.

Step 5: Now, head back to the Software Update page and wait for the update to appear. Once it appears, install it by entering your passcode. Do not forget to take a backup of your device before you install the update as it’s public beta, which means it may have some bugs. Some banking apps may not work on the beta update.
