  • For images, there are Fireworks, Diyas, and Rangoli effects.
  • For videos, you get Lanterns, Marigold, and Rangoli filters.

Each one gives your visuals a warm, festive vibe, perfect for sharing Diwali greetings or lighting up your stories.

How To Use Diwali Filters on Instagram Stories

Using them is quite simple. Just follow these steps:

  • Pick the photo or video you want to share.
  • Tap the Restyle (paintbrush) icon on top.
  • Choose any of the Diwali-themed filters from the list.
  • Meta AI will automatically apply the effect for you.
  • Once happy with the result, tap Done and post it to your Story.

You can also tweak the final look using short text prompts if you want to make it more personalised.
