How to use AI art screensavers on Google TV?

Google is releasing a new feature for Google AI that will allow the users to create AI art screensavers. With this feature, the users will be able to make their TV screen more intriguing when idle. Apart from that, users will be able to use their images stored on Google Photos as screensaver.

According to the Google support page, screensavers make their way to your smart TV when it is left idle for a certain period of time. The wallpapers that we get to see are stock images. However, the inclusion of AI will change that forever as the users will be able to showcase what they have created with AI on their smart TV.

Google is offering three different methods with which the users can add the AI art screensavers. The first one is to simply type a prompt related to what one wants to create. The second method is to use pre-defined templates to generate AI art. The last method has been named ‘Inspire Me’ where the users will get to see random AI generated images on their screen.

How to use AI art screensavers on Google TV?

• Visit the Google TV home screen and head to Settings from there.
• After that, open the system section and then select the Ambient mode.
• Now, you will see a list of screensavers, from here, select Custom AI Art and then Create New.
• Here, you will see three options – Describe your idea, Suggested templates, and Inspire me – choose describe your idea one.
• Now, enter the prompt for your custom AI art screensaver. For example, a cat in space wearing an astronaut’s suit.
• Once the same is created, you will see its variations from where you can select one.
• Save the image to your library.
• Select the created image/s and then click on Set all as screensaver.

Apart from that, if you don’t want to use AI images, then you can also pick your pictures from Google Photos and set them as screensaver on your Google TV.
