
Vivo has been making a lot of developments in the smartphone market with the launch of new devices and more. Now, a report published by MySmartPrice suggests that the Vivo V50 and Vivo V50e have appeared on the BIS certification website also known as Bureau of Indian Standards. This clearly means that we can get to see both the devices in India.
According to the BIS listing, only the model number of Vivo 50e has been revealed that is V2428. The same model number was previously spotted on EEC certification as well. Apart from that, another model number V2427 has also appeared on NBTC certification website.
And the marketing name of the device has also been confirmed as Vivo V50. Furthermore, the listings mentioned that the device will support GSM/WCDMA, LTE/NR. In the past it has been witnessed that the V series by Vivo is nothing but a revamped version of S-lineup that is exclusive in China with a little tweaks here and there.
Now, if the same is going to happen in the case of Vivo V50 series then the device may get fall in the price range of Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000. High chances are that the devices will make a debut in the Indian market in the first quarter of 2025.
In parallel news, two other devices from Vivo, but not from the V series, including Y29 4G and Y04 have also appeared on the CQC certification. Both the devices carry V2434 and V2430 as model numbers. Keeping in mind that they have 4G in their moniker, we can say that the smartphones will belong to the budget segment. The listing also revealed that the Vivo Y29 5G will bring 44W fast charging support and the Y04 will ship with 15W charging support.
