Polyphony Digital’s Gran Turismo 7 has received a new update that brings new cars and content for players. The update is live and it adds the classic GT legends such as Honda NSX GT500 and Nissan Skyline GTS-R ’87 among other cars. Additionally, there are updates to Cafe and Menus. Let’s see what you get in the latest Gran Turismo 7 update 1.48.

Gran Turismo 7 update 1.48

Gran Turismo 7 update 1.48 brings five new cars, including GT Legends vehicles. Starting from the Honda Civic SiR II (EG) 93 to the Volvo V40 T5 R-Design ’13, here are all the new cars available in the game.

Honda Civic SiR II (EG) ’93

The update brings the Civic SiR II (EG) ’93, a top-grade 5th-generation Civic that balances speed with comfort. It can be purchased from Used Cars. The vehicle is equipped with a VTEC engine and is available in multiple body options – a 3-door hatchback, a Ferio 4-door saloon, and a 5-door shuttle. For the unversed, the SiR model served as the face of the “Sports Civic” and boasted 167.8 BHP.

Honda NSX GT500 ’00

Players can access the NSX GT500 ’00 in the game with the latest update. It can be purchased from Legends Cars. For those who don’t know the history of the car, during the 2000 All-Japan Grand Touring Car Championship (JGTC), Honda, Toyota, and Nissan engaged in an unprecedented war for the GT500-class title. Of course, Honda had it later. The vehicle has a V6 engine, and the version in the game is of the Castrol Mugen NS team.

Nissan Skyline GTS-R (R31) ’87

The 7th-generation Skyline GTS-T is now available in the game and players can purchase it from Used Cars. The Nissan Skyline GTS-R (R31) ’87 marked the change of direction for the lineup when it was first released in August 1985. The Skyline was eventually repositioned as a luxury vehicle and featured a 4-doot hardtop body. It was launched with a turbocharged RB20DET DOHC inline-6 engine with 177.5 BHP and 23.0 kgfm of torque.

Volvo 240 SE Estate ’93 and Volvo V40 T5 R-Design ’13

The update brings a historic Volvo model for players. The Volvo 240 SE Estate ’93 is available in the game and can be purchased from Used Cars. Further, the Volvo V40 T5 R-Design ’13 can also be purchased, this one from Brand Central.

Apart from this, there are some updates to the Cafe and Menus. Players can access Racers of the Japanese GT (Level 48 and above) – Extra Menu No. 39.

Other than this, there are four new events in the world circuits and they are as follows.

— Europe Sunday Cup 400 – Kyoto Driving Park: Yamagiwa

— Japanese FF Challenge 450 – Autopolis International Racing Course: Short Course

— Japanese FR Challenge 450 – Autodrome Lago Maggiore: West

— World Tour Car 800 – Circuit de Sainte-Croix: A

That’s all that the latest Gran Turismo update brings.
