The God of War Ragnarok has incredible graphics, making it suitable for high-end PCs. That said, the PC version of the game will come with a slew of features for utilising the full hardware.
Unlocked framerates
Starting with the game framerates, the PC version of Ragnarok will have unlocked framerates and true 4K resolution support. This means there won’t be the limitation of 60 or 120fps and depending on your PC hardware, you should see better framerates.
Upscaling technology
Further, the game will utilize the potential of the latest generation graphics cards. It will have full integration with NVIDIA RTX Deep Learning Super Sampling (DLSS), AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR), and Intel XeSS (Xe Super Sampling). This will allow the game to offer the best picture and FPS available.
Ultrawide screen support
Gamers who have an ultrawide monitor of 21:9 or wider 32:9 aspect ratio will be able to play the game with the same aspect ratio. This way, they can get the look of the surroundings around Kratos and Atreus.
Other than this, the game will also include the Valhalla DLC and all other post-launch updates that arrived after the release of the game on the console. Sony announced the PC date earlier today at State of Play.
