Electronic Arts is all set to unveil its Battlefield 6 with power-packed enhancements and upgrades. The game is scheduled for global release on October 10, 2025. However, ahead of the official launch, players will get a sneak peak about the game, including two open beta events. Both the beta updates are planned for August.
The Battlefield 6 will be available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. The company is planning to bring back some of the most-loved and fan-favorite mechanics along with the new ones.
One of the major highlights of the game will be the return of the traditional four class system. Additionally, players will be able to choose between Assault, Recon, Support, and Engineer roles. All the roles are equipped with the specific gear and play styles.
Electronic Arts is also expanding multiplayer mode in Battlefield 6 along with modes like Conquest, Breakthrough, Rush, and Team Deathmatch. Other than this, players will also get the chance to experience a new addition called Escalation. The new mode will not just add strategic twist, but will also enable players to hold key map zones.
Adding to the depth, EA has introduced the Tactical Destruction feature, which lets players reshape the battlefield by demolishing walls or structures. This, combined with a new Kinesthetic Combat System, refines player movement and gunplay for more immersive firefights.
Players will also witness nine new multiplayer maps, ranging from the Manhattan Brodge to Cairo. Other additions like the Drag and Revive option and the ability to mount weapons onto surfaces make squad-based tactics more effective.
Price and Availability:
Battlefield 6 will be sold in two editions: Standard and Phantom, priced at Rs. 3,999 and Rs. 5,999 in India, respectively. Pre-orders are already live on EA’s official site.
