Vivo V30e is the company’s latest smartphone that went on sale today. It belongs to the V30 series, which debuted earlier this year in India and brings features such as a curved display and Vivo’s signature Aura Light. For the price of Rs 25,999, the V30e is a good phone, but it faces competition in its price category. One of the strong contenders is the Redmi Note 13 Pro, a slightly old phone that offers mid-range specifications at an aggressive price of Rs 24,999.
It may be a bit confusing for you to decide which one is better if you are looking for a phone around Rs 25,000. This side-by-side comparison of both phones and their specifications will help you decide.
Display: The Redmi Note 13 Pro has a better display than the Vivo V30e. While the Redmi Note 13 Pro has a smaller 6.67-inch AMOLED display than V30e’s 6.78-inch screen, it offers Dolby Vision support in the sub-Rs 30,000 range. Both phones have 120Hz panels, but Redmi Note 13 Pro’s peak brightness is 1800 nits, a lot higher than Vivo V30e’s 1300 nits.
Processor: The Redmi Note 13 Pro can be faster than the Vivo V30e, based on their processors. The former uses a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset, while the Vivo’s phone has a Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 chipset. Both phones use Adreno 710 GPU, but the Redmi Note 13 Pro gives RAM options of up to 12GB, while Vivo V30e has only 8GB of RAM. Customers get up to 256GB of storage on both Redmi Note 13 Pro and Vivo V30e.
Cameras: Going by the numbers, the Redmi Note 13 Pro is again a better option. It has a 200MP main sensor on the rear camera system, which also features an 8MP ultrawide sensor and a 2MP macro sensor. On the other hand, the Vivo V30e has a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultrawide sensor on its back. Both phones support 4K video recording, but the Vivo V30e has a higher-resolution 50MP camera for selfies. The Redmi Note 13 Pro has a 16MP sensor only.
Battery: The Vivo V30e is a better choice if customers go by the numbers. It has a 5500mAh battery as compared to Redmi Note 13 Pro’s 5100mAh battery. However, the latter supports a faster 67W wired charging speed than V30e’s 44W charging technology.
