Under the hood, the Tecno POVA 7 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor paired with the Mali-G615 GPU and features a large 6.78-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 900 nits.

In terms of storage and memory, the POVA 7 includes 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, The phone comes equipped with a 50MP primary rear camera and a 13MP front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.

To power the phone, the company has given a 6000mAh battery to POVA 7.

The POVA 7 Pro 5G features the same 6.78-inch screen size but upgrades to an AMOLED. This display supports a 144Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of up to 4500 nits.  The screen is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset and houses a 64MP primary camera along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera.

Inside, the Pro variant runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chipset, offering enhanced performance and 5G connectivity. The phone includes 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage, matching the specs of its standard sibling but pushing harder on performance. Camera capabilities are also more refined. On the back, the POVA 7 Pro houses a 64MP primary sensor along with an 8MP ultra-wide camera.
