Netflix finally adds the Season Download button for iPads and iPhones

Netflix has finally released a new button that lets users download an entire season of a show in just a single click. The feature is currently available for iPad and iPhone. The Season Download button was available on Android for a long time now and finally, it is coming for iOS devices as well. As the name suggests, all the episodes from a season can be downloaded in a single click. And the best part is that the users are not supposed to update the application on their devices to get the feature. However, the download season button on Netflix has its own limitations. For example, all the users who are on the ad-free plan can only get up to 100 downloads per device. Different Netflix plans will play a major role on the amount of downloads allowed on that particular device. In that case, all the users who are on the Ad tier will be unable to download the whole season of a show that has more than 15 episodes. Keeping that aside Netflix has introduced multiple features for its smartphone application that make offline content viewing seamless. Apart from that, Netflix, as we all know is not limited to being a streaming platform only as it has multiple games that are live in the market. A majority of these titles are originals and a few of them are based on various Netflix shows. Not to forget that you can even play the GTA trilogy on your smartphone with an active Netflix subscription. And the way Netflix is moving forward, it will be no surprise to see the platform adding more games (and most of them being originals) to its portfolio.
