The feature is in the testing stage as of now. However, there are a few things that have been revealed in order to make the feature work smoothly on your device. All the users also need to have the Link to Windows application installed on their iPhones. The Windows PC that is supposed to be connected should also have the Phone Link app. After all the initial steps, the Link to Windows app will start appearing as a sharing option on iPhone.
