Vodafone-Idea is soon to launch its 5G services in more cities. The telecom company is planning to expand its 5G services, following its initial launch in Mumbai. The telecom giant is gradually widening its network coverage by enhancing its 5G network and bringing high-speed connectivity to its users. The competition is intensifying in terms of bringing better network coverage and improved performance across India. With other telecom companies including Reliance Jio, Airtel, and more leading the way in 5G services in the area, it has now become extremely essential for Vodafone-Idea to keep up the pace.

Check out the List of Cities Getting Vodafone-Idea 5G Services:

Vodafone-Idea has confirmed about bringing 5G services to more cities via its official blog post. The post states that the telco will launch 5G in cities including Bihar, Delhi, Karnataka, and Punjab, which emans the service is covering 4 more circles. However, we are still not sure when the company will roll out the services as it has already reached the limit set for minimum rollout obligations (MRO) for 5G rollout by government.

Vodafone-Idea 5G at No-Additional Cost:

Other than bringing 5G to above mentioned cities, the company is also planning to offer 5G services to customers at no additional cost. The no-additional cost will be applicable with Rs 299 or more prepaid plans. Additionally, Voda will also offer 5G services to customers who are opting for Rs 451 plan. Nevertheless, users need to understand that 5G data is not free and unlimited as it is capped at 300GB for every 28 days.

Vodafone-Idea is clearly aiming to strengthen its position in the telecom market with its expansion of 5G services. While the roll out is in the early phase, but in order to get ahead or match with the competitors, the company needs to showcase its commitment to catch up in the coverage of 5G services in India.
